Services
SUIZHOU DENGYANG ECOMMERCE CO., LTD. designs and integrates the systems behind a commerce operation. Below are the six services we offer, the way an engagement runs from first thread to finished cloth, and how to start a conversation.
The quarterly storefront integration calendar is open. Write to service@dengyangecom.lol or call +17089384717 to reserve a loom slot.
Blueprinting is the harness stage of every engagement. Before we build anything, we map how the business actually operates: how products are created and priced, how tax and shipping rules are calculated, how stock is received and consumed, how orders travel from cart to doorstep, and which reports leadership genuinely reads. We interview the people who touch each step, inspect the tools in use, and trace the private spreadsheets that quietly hold the operation together.
The output is a written blueprint that names every component, every interface between components and every assumption behind them. It identifies which parts of the current stack earn their place and which parts should be retired. It also sets the target architecture, so later engineering work has a reference to build against rather than a fresh opinion each week. The blueprint is deliberately plain: a new operations hire should be able to read it and understand the shape of the business on the first morning. Blueprinting can stand alone as an assessment, or it can open a longer integration engagement.
The storefront is the public face of the cloth, and it must stay fast and honest even as the systems behind it grow. Our storefront integration engineering connects the customer facing shop to one source of truth for product data, media, pricing, promotions and checkout. Instead of copying catalog data into the theme by hand, we build the interfaces that let the storefront read live from the catalog and pricing services, so a price change in the back office appears on the shop floor without a rebuild.
We work across headless and coupled architectures, treating the storefront as one consumer of a stable core rather than the owner of the truth. Media delivery, search, cart behaviour and checkout flows are engineered together so that a promotion does not accidentally break a checkout rule, and so that a new payment or shipping option can be added without rewriting the theme. Performance is part of the brief from the start: a storefront that loads slowly loses sales no matter how elegant the architecture looks in a diagram.
An order should be a named sequence, not an event that people chase. Our order pipeline automation work turns the path from payment to delivery into a defined flow with validation, routing, exception handling and a written audit trail at each stage. Orders are checked against stock and fraud rules, routed to the right fulfilment lane, and joined to tracking information that flows back to the customer without a support agent having to intervene.
We design pipelines to surface exceptions rather than routine, so the operations team spends its attention on the orders that need judgement and not on the ones that already know what to do. Retries, idempotency and reconciliation are built in, because orders that are processed twice are worse than orders that wait. Every automated decision leaves a trace, which means the pipeline can be audited, explained and improved rather than merely trusted. The result is fewer manual touches, fewer late surprises for customers, and a team that can handle a peak season without adding temporary headcount to move data by hand.
Stock is the warp of a commerce operation: when it is wrong, the whole pattern distorts. Our inventory telemetry systems measure stock levels across every channel, stream them to a central reconciliation layer, and report the truth about what is actually available right now. We connect warehouse systems, point of sale terminals, marketplace feeds and manual adjustments into one view, so overselling stops being a nightly discovery and becomes a condition the system prevents.
Telemetry is more than a stock count. We design the metrics that matter to the business: sell through rate, days of cover, reorder thresholds, shrinkage signals and channel level availability. Those measures are exposed in dashboards that operations can act on and in alerts that fire before a problem becomes a refund. Because the data is centralised and observable, forecasting and replenishment decisions rest on the same numbers the storefront is selling against. The system is built to tolerate imperfect inputs, reconciling rather than assuming, so a missed scan in the warehouse does not become a customer facing error.
Merchants trade on more than one venue, and each venue has its own dialect. Our marketplace API connectors translate between the merchant core and the platforms it sells on, keeping listings, prices, promotions, stock and returns in step across every channel. We build the connectors to be resilient: rate limits are respected, failures are retried with backoff, and partial failures are surfaced rather than silently dropped, so a platform outage does not corrupt the catalog.
Each connector is documented as part of the handover, including the fields it maps, the transformations it applies and the platform rules it honours. When a marketplace changes its interface, as they regularly do, the connector is versioned and updated without disrupting the rest of the operation. We also build the reconciliation that proves the connection is working: a nightly comparison between what the merchant core believes and what each venue reports, with differences raised for review. The goal is a merchant who can open a new sales channel without hiring a specialist to watch a screen all day.
Compliance is a design constraint, not a cleanup task. Our data compliance advisory reviews how personal data enters the commerce stack, where it rests, who can reach it and how it leaves. We map consent capture, retention periods, access controls, third party sharing and deletion paths, then tighten each until the operation can be described plainly to a customer, an auditor or a partner. The work covers the storefront, the order pipeline, the telemetry layer and every connector that touches personal data.
We produce a written data map, a set of retention and access rules, and the practical changes needed to bring the system into line with the obligations that apply to the business. Where a marketplace or payment provider imposes its own requirements, we fold those into the same design rather than treating them as separate projects. The advisory stage often runs alongside engineering, so controls are built into the loom rather than bolted on after the cloth is finished. Merchants finish the engagement with a stack they can explain and a documented basis for the decisions that were made.
Engagements are remote first and structured around written checkpoints, so progress is visible even across time zones. Scope is agreed in stages, which means a merchant can begin with a blueprint and commission the engineering later once the shape of the work is clear. Throughout an engagement you can reach the team at service@dengyangecom.lol or on +17089384717.
The workshop operates from No 201 Unit 1 Building 3 Shangcheng International, Dongcheng, Zengdu District, Suizhou, 441300, China (CN). If you are unsure which service fits, describe the problem rather than the solution and we will tell you which thread to pull first.
Bring us the shape of your commerce operation and we will sketch the blueprint. Write to service@dengyangecom.lol or call +17089384717.
